Neuroaffirmative recruitment
Most hiring was never designed with neurodivergent people in mind. That costs candidates the job, and employers the person they needed.

47%
of neurodivergent adults feel they cannot or should not tell recruiters or hiring managers that they are neurodivergent
Zurich UK, 2024
15%
of employers train their interviewers on neurodiversity
CIPD, Neuroinclusion at work, 2024
34%
of disabled people whose main condition is autism were in work in 2024/25, against 55% of disabled people overall
Department for Work and Pensions, October 2026
Where you fit
For candidates
Tell us what works and what does not, and we will take it from there: roles that suit you, a process adjusted before you walk in, and an employer who has already been briefed.
See how it worksFor employers
You are not short of candidates. You are short of a process that finds the right ones. We fix the process, brief your managers, and help the people you hire stay.
Talk to usThank you for looking out for them. Plenty of people find us because a parent, partner or friend went looking first. Everything here applies, and we will always deal with them directly once they are ready.
Why there are no job adverts here
A job board leaves candidates scrolling through adverts, guessing which might fit, and leaves employers sifting the replies. We would rather understand how someone works first, then find the role and prepare the employer before anyone meets. So there is nothing to browse here, and that is deliberate.
